Ms. Christ has been teaching at CASA for 8 years. She is originally from Dover, Pennsylvania. Her family includes her two fur kids Deuce and Bubbles. In her free time, Ms. Christ enjoys traveling, being at the beach, playing with her dogs, and playing volleyball and softball in the summer!

What brought you to CASA?
I came to CASA to have the ability to teach students who are driven to succeed in both the arts and academics.
Where did you work and what was your role prior to coming to CASA?
Prior to CASA, I taught high school mathematics at Steelton-Highspire High School for 5 years.
What is your favorite part of working at CASA?
My favorite part of working at CASA is wonderfully meaningful connections we make with our students.

What is your connection to the arts? How are you an artist?
Teaching is my art! To be honest, I do not have much of a connection to the arts as I have always been into sports. But they say opposites attract and that is exactly what I have going for me here at CASA!

What do you feel is your impact on our school community, students, and culture?
I feel my biggest impact here at CASA is my ability to connect with my students and teach them a subject, that most are not a huge fan of, in a fun and meaningful manor.

What advice do you have for our students?
Hard work pays off in life and in my classroom!

Fun facts about Ms. Christ:
