Transcript Request
To request transcripts, please fill out the google transcript release form:

Transcripts are processed during business hours. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing. There is no guarantee you will receive your transcript the same day you requested it.

Transcript requests must be received at least 12 school days before the deadline. The counseling office is not responsible for missed deadlines if requests are made less than 12 school days before the deadline.

Transcripts will be sent by email, mail, or fax.

Please have the correct recipient information for your future institution or employer.
