Student Teaching - There was a connection through Kutztown University (shoutout to Mr. Corman), and I fell in love with the school. Where did you work and what was your role prior to coming to CASA? I was an Independent Artist and worked in Healthcare before enrolling in consecutive Master's degrees and getting my Teaching Certificate. What is your favorite part of working at CASA? The students. They are so amazingly talented. I am beyond excited and grateful to be able to work with them every day. What is your connection to the arts? How are you an artist? I started oil painting with my grandmother when I was 5 which fostered my love for the Arts, and I have been going strong ever since. I love learning new techniques and processes so whenever I get the opportunity to evolve my artistic practice, I dive right in. What do you feel is your impact on our school community, students, and culture? I am still very new here, but I want my impact to be in nurturing a love of the arts while also promoting integrity, and the confidence to show their true self. What advice do you have for our students? You can do hard things!!! You are far more capable of achieving great things than you think. Do you advise any clubs at CASA? Not yet, but hopefully, in the future I will! Fun facts about Mrs. Webster: I love all things Halloween and have a spooky-themed tattoo sleeve! (Which is still a work in progress.) Bats are my favorite animal. I am a huge music fan.
